DO YOU RECREATE PREVIOUS PIECES?
I will happily recreate a piece from a previous collection. I do not recreate a previous custom order. I like for each custom piece to be one of a kind for you. I can use the same color scheme but it would not be the exact same.
WHAT IF MY EARRINGS ARE DAMAGED OR LOST?
You may reach out to me via Instagram in regards to any damage that was done upon arrival with photos provided. I will be happy to replace a lost earring at a cost.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?
Once a payment has been submitted, it is final sale and I do not do refunds. I may be able to do an exchange if you change your mind before the item is shipped out to you.
WHAT IS THE BEST/QUICKEST WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU?
Instagram DM is the best way to get a hold of me. I may take a few hours to reply but will do my best to get back to you the same day. I have my phone on hand during drops as I've had people reach out for last minute questions and don't mind at all.
